The coolest character in the book Digital Fortress is David Becker. He is a multilinguist. (If that is a word) He is basically forced into going on a mission for the NSA. He is really interesting because he solves the complex puzzles and challengs in the story only using language. His mastery of multiple languages saves his life multiple times. Also, considering that David is one of the main protaganists his contribution to the novel is key for the story and many of the puzzles.

Flick is the most interesting because she is larely the main character and exhibts major courage by faceing the dangers of working as a secrest agent in WWII. The book’s story would have been altered but would have followed another of the girls in the SOE and would have still have had an intresting story.

The most interesting character in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime would hav eto be Christopher. Christopher is the autistic main character who is striving to discover who killed Wellington and why. Christopher’s autisim and his unique thinking process and logic make him captivating. Christopher’s handicaps also provide him with intrigue and hightened interest to the reader. By drastically changing Chrisopher or making another charachter the focus or narrator of the novel, the story would suffer due to the lack of Christopher’s simple logic and unique thought processes.

The most interesting person in my novel is the narrator because he researches and interviews everyone he could who came into contact with Ebola zirus, and before he wrote the book there were not any books telling of this particular virus and it’s potential origins

The most interesting character in my novel is the main character; Fred. He is interesting because the story is told from his prospectives and his thoughts. the story would be compleatly different without him because it would be told from a compleatly different prospective.

Most of the characters in The Perks of Being a Wallflower are very interesting. They have just about every type character that could be found in high school. The one I find most intriguing is the main character Charlie. Charlie is the perfect wallflower. He’s smart and an all around good person, but he is shy and quiet. He keeps a lot of things to himself, and he lets many walk all over him. If Charlie wasn’t who he was the story wouldn’t be as true. Many teens can relate to being like Charlie and awkward. The story wouldnt be as poignant if he was altered. I mean if he was the book couldnt be called The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

The most interesting character would be “Angel”, or formaly known as Sarah. She is a prostitute at the Pair-a-Dice brothel. She services men but has no feelings for them. Then a pious man named Michael comes and wants to marry her and lead her to God. The story would completely change if she wasn’t tempted and put to tests the entire novel. If she was a good girl the whole time, then she would not be very interesting.

My favorite (and most intriguing) character in The Handmaid’s Tale was Moira, who was once the best friend of the main character, Offred. Unlike Offred, who tells the story from her memory, Moira’s character keeps developing as the story moves on. Although the reader doesn’t physically encounter Moira until late in the story, she is a symbol of defiance and confidence amid the turbulence of Gilead’s (formerly the USA) militaristic and male-based society. For Offred, Moira is a reminder of the old days and of the power of choice and “freedom to,” not the new “freedom from.” Spooky idea.

Throughout the story, Offred occasionally imagines where Moira is. She believes for a long time that she is dead, but eventually finds her in the once place where women seem to have some sort of power or sway–an illegal prostitution hotel. Moira still carries an faint air of “can’t put me down” but it has nearly faded into resignation, which disheartens Offred.

If Moira were not included in The Handmaid’s Tale, the book would be much different. The thought of Moira keeps Offred somewhat hopeful and longing that there will be a better future. She also illustrates the anger that many of the women feel in their forced society.

The most interesting character in Matthew Pearl’s The Poe Shadow is Quentin Clark. It is the fact that just because he see’s someone being buried that he throws his entire life off course just to find out how he (Edgar Poe) died. By being obsessed with Poe it gives an inside look into Quentin and how Poe has effected his past. If anything about Quentin was changed the novel wouldn’t be anything to read and the fact that Poe was in the book and his death wouldn’t mean anything. It would just be a boring book about a frantic guy running around and taking a random trip to Paris and harassing an old man and getting married in a perfect world. His obsession is what makes his character and a very interesting one at that.

The most interesting character in Daniel quinn’s The Story of B would be B himself. He is a mysterious character, not much is known of him in the beginning. He is said to be the ‘anti-Christ’, and is therefore sought by certain churches. The other character, Jared Osborne, is a Roman Catholic preist. He is sent by his church to seek B and determine whether or not the anti-Christ rumors are true. B is seen to be a leader of a new religion, with a large and threatening following. It threatens original churches because of his diverse following, he is not merely a leader of minorities, but of many cultural groups. The exact mesage of his “religion” is not clear in the beginning, but has a large effect on those who hear his lectures. Because of his power and mysterious ideas, B is the most interesting character.
